  I've been here a few times and normally the associates are nice. But the last time I was in it was a bit busy and the older lady who worked customer service was so rude. She would rather say no then offer any help. I tried to buy a 10$ adult compass pass and she was telling me I had to buy the 6$ card and load it myself.....???? I bought this same card last week and told her where to find it and what the price was. The man behind me had to continue to explain what it was. She just kept on repeating that there wasn't a 6 dollar card although she's the one who made up that price point.
